To avail of this privilege, customers are requested to register themselves online. This will not only benefit them for extended warranty services of our products, but also we shall maintain a database of our clientele so that speedy services can be rendered at their instance even through e-mail.

Register your product with us online, there will be an auto generated reply giving you ID No. for each product you register for extended warranty service. Please keep a print out of the reply or retain it in your memory. Do not forget to mention the ID number while making future correspondence.The additional services are introduced for strengthening our After Sales Service which is a vital need of the users.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The extended warranty scheme is for the purchaser who has made purchase on or after Sep 01, 2002 and have registered online for availing of this scheme within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. First Year Warranty in including all parts & ON SITE (Within Calcutta Municipal Area only) & 2nd to 5th Year WARRANTY is valid Without PARTS & CARRY IN ( i.e, the customer / dealer has to send the goods to our Service Centre at their own cost). Without parts Warranty means only FREE SERVICE.
3. The above shceme is applicable only for our LINE INTERACTIVE UPS.
4. In case the customer buys directly from us on separate terms, in that case the above Warranty scheme remains cancelled.
